Double Dragon's Japanese title is, uh, Daburu doragon, but it also has an official kanji translation: 双截龍. Literally the characters mean "double/twin, intercepting, dragon(s)". The "intercepting" part pays homage to Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, usually translated "Way of the Intercepting Fist."
